We may update product information, discontinue products, limit quantities, or correct errors without prior notice.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order, including:

• Names and wording
• Spelling and capitalization
• Punctuation and special characters
• Product, size, and color selections
• Shipping information

Products are created based on the information submitted or approved by the customer. We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel personalization requests containing unlawful, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.

ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, prohibited content, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is submitted because personalized products may enter production quickly.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

FULFILLMENT

Our products are made to order and may be manufactured and shipped by third-party production partners, including Printify and its print providers.

Products from the same order may be produced or shipped separately. Receiving multiple packages does not necessarily mean that items are missing.

SHIPPING

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, customs, incorrect addresses, service disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Returns, replacements, lost packages, and address problems are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its content—including branding, designs, graphics, photographs, text, logos, layouts, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Camp Tail & Kin and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You grant us and our fulfillment partners a limited license to use submitted content solely as necessary to process, produce, fulfill, support, and document your order.

You may not use our website or services to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations

• Submit malicious code or interfere with website security
• Commit fraud or provide false information
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or harm others
